2027 INFINITI QX65 Arrives Priced from $53,990 with Coupe-Like Style, Standard AWD, and Three Trim Levels
Infiniti is officially putting the new 2027 QX65 on sale, and the brand is clearly aiming this one right at the heart of the premium midsize SUV segment. The QX65 introduces an all-new nameplate with a sleeker fastback shape, a more emotional design language, and the kind of upscale technology and ownership perks luxury buyers have come to expect. It is also an important vehicle for Infiniti as the brand continues its product push through the end of the decade, giving shoppers a fresh two-row SUV that looks more expressive than some of the traditional choices in this space.
Under the hood, every QX65 gets the same 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine producing 268 horsepower and 286 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive. Infiniti says the powertrain has been tuned for more responsive acceleration and a sportier feel, while still returning EPA estimates of 20 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined. Inside, the QX65 leans heavily into comfort and tech with dual 12.3-inch displays, Google built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, available ambient lighting, and available massaging front seats. The cabin also appears to deliver the kind of flexibility buyers want in a two-row SUV, with sliding and reclining rear seats plus up to 67.7 cubic feet of cargo space with the second row folded.
Pricing starts with the QX65 LUXE at $53,990, which makes it the entry point into the lineup while still packing a strong amount of equipment. Step up to the QX65 SPORT at $55,690 and the vehicle takes on a more aggressive attitude with unique 20-inch wheels, a sportier grille, gloss black interior trim, and a 16-speaker Klipsch Premium audio system. At the top sits the QX65 AUTOGRAPH at $62,590, which adds the most upscale details, including satin chrome exterior accents, a black-painted roof, 21-inch machined-finish wheels, open-pore wood-style trim, a quilted dashboard, semi-aniline leather seats, and a 20-speaker Klipsch Reference Premiere sound system. All trims carry a $1,545 destination and handling charge.
What may help the QX65 stand out most is that Infiniti is trying to make the ownership experience feel as premium as the vehicle itself. Buyers get access to benefits like MyINFINITI Expert onboarding, Infiniti Premium Care maintenance coverage, valet service at participating retailers, roadside assistance, and app-based remote features. That kind of support matters, especially in a segment where buyers are not just shopping horsepower and screens but also the overall experience after the sale. With sharp styling, standard all-wheel drive, a solid feature set, and clearly defined trim levels, the QX65 looks like a serious attempt by INFINITI to put something fresh and competitive back in one of the market’s most important categories.
