Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. from Gillette Stadium. It will be the first installment of a Saturday triple-header on the NFL Network, including games pitting the Broncos and Bengals and Cardinals and Rams.
The Patriots will host Los Angeles for a second straight season, after losing 6-0 to the Bolts last December. The Pats are now 3-11, coming off last weekend’s 30-17 loss at Arizona. The Chargers remain in the AFC playoff hunt at 8-6 and will host the division rival Broncos on Thursday Night Football this week; meaning next Saturday’s kickoff could be pivotal to their playoff hopes if they lose to Denver.
The Patriots, meanwhile, will travel this weekend to play at Buffalo. Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m.
