Tickets available Dec. 2 for senior party
The Shakopee Lions Club, Shakopee Jaycees and the Knights of Columbus are hosting the 2010 senior citizens Christmas Party Monday, Dec. 6 at the Knights Event Center, 1760 Fourth Ave. E., Shakopee.
Social hour starts at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. Door prizes will follow.
Tickets will be available at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2 at the Shakopee Community Center, 1255 Fuller St., Shakopee. A limited number of tickets are available.
Seniors are asked to bring two nonperishable food items per ticket to the community center. Limit of two tickets a person.
All food items will be donated to the CAP Agency Food Shelf.
