Music fest launch party is March 10
Party at The Pointe on Thursday, March 10 and be among the first to hear the lineup for the 2016 Lakefront Music Fest.
The launch party starts at 7 p.m., with the first artist announcement at approximately 7:30 p.m. at The Pointe, 16691 Highway 13 in Prior Lake.
The Lakefront Music Fest is the largest outdoor music event in the south metro and is organized by the Prior Lake Rotary Club. This year’s festival takes place July 15-16 at Lakefront Park, featuring one night of country music and one night of rock. Past performers have included Bret Michaels, Daughtry, Dwight Yoakam, Blues Traveler, Montgomery Gentry, Travis Tritt, Warrant, Firehouse, Smashmouth and Trace Adkins.
Launch party highlights (aside from the artist announcements) will include entertainment and drawings for tickets and prizes. “Muss” of K102 radio will emcee the party.
