If Richard Davey accepts his job as Massport’s new boss, he will be tied for the highest-paid quasi-state employee.
Below are the 2,000-plus quasi-state employees’ base pay, based on state Comptroller reports. Not all quasi-state agencies report their payrolls, Massport and others do.
