Patriots added wide receiver, running back to game day roster vs. Bills
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Patriots will have two new skill-position players on the field Sunday against the Bills.
The Patriots signed running back Terrell Jennings from the practice squad to the 53-man roster and elevated wide receiver Alex Erickson and linebacker Monty Rice from the practice squad to the gameday roster for Week 16.

Jennings was active for one game this season against the Texans, carrying the ball five times for 13 yards. He went undrafted out of Florida A&M this offseason.
Erickson was signed this week. The 32-year-old veteran wide receiver has spent time with the Bengals, Texans, Panthers, Commanders, Jets and Chargers before joining the Patriots. He overlapped with Patriots offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt with the Bengals and will likely contribute as a punt and kick returner on Sunday with cornerback Marcus Jones and running back JaMycal Hasty out.
Rice signed with the Patriots practice squad in November. The 2021 third-round pick has previously been with the Titans, Saints and Falcons.
