Alex Echevarria (14 points), CJ Farrell (12 points) and Jeremiah Murphy (10 points) reached double figures in scoring as St. Mark’s defeated Holderness (N.H.) 57-52 in a NEPSAC contest. … Michael McNamara dropped 23 points, and Marquis White finished with 20 points as Thayer edged Taft (C.T.), 65-62.

In the South Coast Conference, Mike Dankert tallied 29 points and nine rebounds as Bourne defeated West Bridgewater, 74-52. … Five players scored in double figures for Somerset Berkley (2-0) in an 80-60 win over Apponequet, led by Brendan McDonald (21 points, nine rebounds, five assists), Kelan Langlois (17 points) and Max Finlaw (15 points).
