Mauritius October 2024: Market surges 36.4%

Suzuki holds 25% of the Mauritius market in October.

1,723 new vehicles hit Mauritius roads in October, the largest monthly total so far this year and a tremendous 36.4% year-on-year jump. Suzuki (+37.7%) edges past the market growth to easily hold onto the brands pole position with 25% share. Toyota (+34.6%) just misses out but sports a very solid 16% share vs. 13% year-to-date. Kia (-22.9%) is hit hard but manages to keep the third spot in the overall ranking. Nissan (+84%), MG (+166.7%), BMW (+62.9%) and GWM (+483.3%) all impress with extravagant gains in the remainder of the Top 10.
