There is a Santa
It was all smiles Friday at Boston Community Pediatrics in the South End for its holiday top shop celebration. It’s on again Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. where BCP families “shop” for a free toy of their choice for the holidays. They also grabbed groceries, including fresh fruits and vegetables, holiday treats, stocking stuffers, backpacks, and gift cards. Santa is real, if you have the spirit.
