Boston City Councilor arrested by feds on corruption charges
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston tweeted an alert just after 7 a.m. that a press conference is set for this morning to “announce the arrest of a Boston City Councilor on federal corruption charges.”
This comes just days after Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson admitted she was under a federal probe. She now has been arrested.
The press conference is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.
