Man shot in stomach outside Rice Street bar, St. Paul police say
A man was shot in the stomach outside a North End bar late Wednesday afternoon, St. Paul police say.
The victim was transported from the scene at Born’s Bar to Regions Hospital conscious and breathing. He was expected to survive, according to police, who said the shooting happened around 5:45 p.m. outside the bar at 899 Rice St.
No suspects had been arrested as of Wednesday evening, and no further details were immediately available.
