BPD updates ‘most wanted’ list – here’s who they’re looking for
The Boston Police Department has released a new list of “most wanted” and is asking the public to help them find any of the named suspects.
The department says they are “actively looking for the following individuals” who are wanted on the listed charges.
— Caleb Gomez – firearm charges.
— Jose Miranda-Martinez – assault and battery.
— Cedric Cundiff – armed robbery.
— Jamell Spurill – assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
— William Wilson – armed robbery
— Weldon Holmes – aggravated assault and battery.
— Christopher Svarstad – larceny from a building.
— Yobian Miguel Villar Moreta – assault with a dangerous weapon.
— Orlando Santiago – assault with a dangerous weapon.
Tips can be shared with the department anonymously by calling 1(800)494-TIPS (8477) or texting the word ‘TIP’ to CRIME (27463). The BPD says they are not looking to identify tipsters but instead are just after information that can help them apprehend the wanted men.
“Calls or texts to CrimeStoppers are answered by Police Officers and trained personnel who forward the information to the appropriate investigators. You do not have to reveal your identity to the police to provide information about a crime,” the department advises.
