Lumen LIC Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $102,515 – $250,380

Bedford Green House II, Bronx, for households earning up to $100,620

2-20 Malt Drive Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $85,372 – $218,010

195 Humboldt Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $144,515 – $250,380
