In the Cape & Islands League, Tyler Hamilton had 25 points with 11 boards while Joshua Jenkins added 24 points as Dennis-Yarmouth topped Cape Cod Academy 88-73.

Patrick Jackson had 10 points and nine rebounds while Cam Spinney and Aiden Antonetti added seven points each as South Shore Tech defeated Sturgis East, 62-22, in a nonleague matchup. … As part of an offensive eruption that led Stoneham past Muniz Academy 89-58, Kordell Philemon starred with 32 points and Weston Bunnell complemented him with 25 more.

In the Greater Boston League, senior tri-captain Ethan Day dropped 31 points as Medford won 71-61 over Revere. … Junior Hernandez collected 17 points, 18 rebounds and three blocks as Lynn English defeated Everett 69-52.

Junior Josh Manchester led with 22 points while senior captain Dylan Perrault finished with 19 as Whitman-Hanson (1-0) edged North Quincy 65-62. … Yahn Medina scored 31 points as Quincy edged Silver Lake, 60-58. … Seniors Vinny Cafarelli (25 points, eight rebounds, 4 assists) and Al Marzullo (20 points) showed out for Plymouth South (2-0) in an 80-49 win over Duxbury.

Ethan Elie scored 21 points and teammate Owen Kelly added 16 as Braintree defeated Weymouth 82-39 in the Bay State Conference. … Teagan Swift’s 33 points and eight rebounds were signature for Newton North in a 60-38 win over Wellesley.

In the South Shore League, Kingston Maxwell stuffed the stat sheet with 37 points, six rebounds, five blocks, four assists and four steals as Abington (1-0) toppled Sandwich 84-65.

Tzar Powell Aparicio erupted for 31 points and seven rebounds, combining with strong performances from Colin Christiansen (13 points, eight rebounds) and Jason Kamau (10 points, five rebounds, five assists) to lead Lowell over Billerica, 61-51, in Merrimack Valley Conference play.

In the South Coast Conference, Nate Reynolds put in 27 points as Bourne (1-0) won 45-34 over Fairhaven. … Behind 21 points from Dom Taylor, 17 points from Colten Pacheco, 12 points from Kelan Langlois, 11 assists and six steals from Max Finlaw, and a little bit of everything from Brendan McDonald (13 points, nine assists, five rebounds), Somerset Berkley (1-0) cruised past Greater New Bedford 86-65.

Jamason Vella scored 13 of his 25 points in the third quarter and Ryan Richardson starred on defense to power Masconomet (2-0) past Northeastern Conference foe Peabody, 64-42. … Connor Chiarello (25 points) and Teddy O’Neill (24 points) paced the scoring and Chase Groothius (10 rebounds) controlled the paint for Swampscott (2-0) in a 63-45 win over Winthrop. … Jacob Klass dialed in for 23 points and Will Ryan added 14 points with nine rebounds to fuel Beverly’s (2-0) 60-50 win against Marblehead.

In the Commonwealth Athletic Conference, Kendra O’Brien netted 16 points as Greater Lowell (2-0) defeated Mystic Valley 55-40. … Muji Vader netted 21 points and Lily Roth scored 12 points for Minuteman in a 43-14 win over Innovation Academy.

Sophomore Julie Hogan scored 10 of her 14th points in the fourth quarter as Westwood rallied to take down Holliston 53-44 in Tri-Valley League play. … Naya Annigeri notched a double-double with15 points and 10 steals as Medfield (2-0) rolled over Norton 57-19.

In the Middlesex League, Molly Trahan poured in 30 points as Reading (1-1) cruised to a 52-29 victory over Melrose.

Kerri Finneran scored a team-high 16 points for Central Catholic (1-0) in a 71-39 Merrimack Valley Conference win over Dracut, while Lilly Phillips added 15 points with five assists and Aniela Kwo posted a double-double (14 points, 12 rebounds). … Sydney Rogers’ 22 points and six rebounds were key catalysts for North Andover in a 45-30 win over Methuen, as well as Sophia Bowman’s 10 rebounds and Meg Daley’s standout defense.

Nora Simpson’s 12 points anchored Arlington Catholic (2-0) in a fourth-quarter surge that secured a 54-30 nonleague win over Cambridge. … Evie Schwartz dropped 31 points with five triples as Lincoln-Sudbury defeated Shrewsbury 52-44.

Sophomore Lilah MacQuarrie (10 points) was the only player to reach double digits for Duxbury in a well-rounded, 56-33 Patriot League win over Plymouth South that featured 11 different scorers.

Ariana Demetri (11 points), Sophia Gallivan (10 points) and Makenzie Murphy (10 points) all scored in double-figures for North Reading as part of a 49-26 win over Triton in Cape Ann League play. Addie Hajj added eight points and 10 rebounds. … Junior Amelia Crowe balled out to the tune of 21 points as Pentucket (2-0) bested Lynnfield, 58-48.
