Framingham ‘suspicious death’ victim identified as Connecticut man
A 27-year-old Connecticut man has been identified as the victim in a suspicious death in Framingham last week.
Framingham Police received an anonymous 911 call on April 11 directing them to a house on Fenwick Street. When officers arrived at around 6 p.m. they found a dead man inside the hime “with apparent trauma to his body.”
On Thursday, the Middlesex District Attorney’s office and Framingham Police identified the man as Brooks Hood, 27, of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The DA’s office said that the office of the state’s chief medical examiner has Hood’s body and will issue a ruling on the cause and manner of death.
Police say they obtained a search warrant and searched the residence after finding Hood’s body but did not elaborate on the search.
