Refresh of our Exclusive Chinese Brands Guide
Our eagle-eyed readers will have noticed the number of brands included in our Exclusive Chinese Brands Guide steadily decline over the past month or so. We have indeed refreshed our Guide to reflect the constant streamlining of the Chinese market.
We removed over 20 brands from our guide, including Dorcen, Green Wheel, Hanergy, Hanteng, Hunkt, Lifan, Long River, Maple, Qiantu, QYEV, Rox, Singulato, Sitech, Suda, Weltmeister (WM), Yema, Zedriv and Zinoro. If you see brands in the Guide that shouldn’t be there, please let us know in the comments.
There are some additions also, with Geely’s Galaxy and Huawei’s Stelato. We have two comebacks: Zhidou, now spelled Zhido which returns with the Rainbow mini EV, and Zotye which restarted production of a single model, the T300.
You can access our Exclusive Guide to all 184 Chinese Brands here.
