The Man of Steel is going to be a dad soon! British actor Henry Cavill, famous for playing Superman in the DC Extended Universe, is expecting his first baby with his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso. The 40-year-old star first confirmed their relationship three years ago through an Instagram post.

The couple shared a photo on their Instagram accounts in which they are seen playing chess. In the caption to the post, Cavill wrote,

Meanwhile, Natalie, on her account, posted the same photo alongside the caption, stating,

Henry shared the good news with Access Hollywood during the New York premiere of The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. When he was asked about his feelings, the actor openly expressed his excitement.

Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that,

he said.

Nevertheless, the internet was flooded with congratulations to the beautiful couple even before Cavill shared this news himself. This is because, on April 14, the couple was spotted in New York City on a date. Natalie was wearing a fitted black dress and flaunted her baby bump. Cavill, meanwhile, looked amazing while wearing a blue jacket over a tan-colored tee and blue trousers.

Talking about his acting career, Henry Cavill will soon be seen on screens in the spy action comedy ‘The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.’ The upcoming movie is directed by Guy Ritchie, and it is based on a 2014 book by Damien Lewis.

He will star alongside Eiza González, Alan Ritchson, Henry Golding, Alex Pettyfer, and Hero Fiennes Tiffin in the movie. Fans do not have to wait for long, as the movie is scheduled for release on April 19, 2024.
