Red Sox lineups: Rafael Devers, Trevor Story among starters making spring debut

FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Red Sox big league regulars will make their spring debuts as part of the club’s split squad games against the Minnesota Twins and Atlanta Braves.

Rafael Devers, Trevor Story and Masataka Yoshida are all in the lineup for Sunday’s home game against the Twins, as are catcher Reese McGuire and outfielders Rob Refsnyder and Tyler O’Neill.

Top prospect Roman Anthony will also get the start in center field, giving Red Sox fans an early glimpse at the organization’s fastest rising star, and prospects Blaze Jordan and Enmanuel Valdez will start at first and second base respectively.

Lucas Giolito will make his first start in a Red Sox uniform against the Twins, and Brayan Bello will take the mound in Boston’s road game against the Braves. Rookies Ceddanne Rafaela and Wilyer Abreu are starting in center field and right field, and catcher Connor Wong is serving as designated hitter as he works his way back from elbow soreness.
