It’s been a year since Brookfield’s Brittany Tee went missing

It has now been a year since Brookfield woman Brittany Tee disappeared.

Tee was 35 years old when she vanished from her rural Main Street home in Brookfield on Jan. 10, 2023. She was last seen that day in the area of Lewis Field.

Tee is 5’6″ tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black winter coat, a hoodie, jeans, and work boots.

In the weeks immediately following her disappearance, Massachusetts State Police conducted daily ground searches — and even searched Quaboag Pond — for her and Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early provided nearly daily updates, but the efforts were fruitless.

Authorities are using the anniversary of her disappearance to press the community to provide any information they have on Tee’s whereabouts or fate. A joint statement from the Massachusetts State Police and the DA’s office announced that police teams returned to Brookfield last month to search for Tee anew.
