More than 100,000 Paris Hilton Mini Beauty Fridges recalled over fire, burn risk
Around 110,000 Paris Hilton Mini Beauty Fridges have been recalled due to the risk of them bursting into flames.
“The recalled mini fridges’ electrical switch can short circuit, causing it to overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard,” according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Regulators said they were aware of 27 incidents of the mini fridge overheating and catching on fire. There have been no known injuries caused by the units, though property damage to surrounding surfaces has been reported.
The recall, issued by manufacturer Epoca International, includes certain 4-liter models that come in light pink, hot pink, white and aqua, as well as a 10-liter model available in pink and white.
The affected products were sold at Walmart, Ross and on e-commerce sites like Amazon between November 2022 and July 2025.
Anyone who owns one of the mini fridges should stop using it immediately and unplug the unit. Refunds are available to consumers who contact the Florida-based manufacturer and follow the instructions on its site.
