Massachusetts man accused of exposing himself inside McDonald’s while a kid’s birthday party was going on

A 36-year-old man allegedly exposed himself inside a busy McDonald’s while a kid’s birthday party was going on over the weekend, police said.

Taunton man Christopher Blake was arrested following the incident at a McDonald’s in Raynham, and he was charged with: open and gross lewdness; disturbing the peace; and resisting arrest.

Raynham Police responded to the McDonald’s at 365 New State Highway for a report of a man who had exposed himself on Saturday at around 5:30 p.m.

“The preliminary investigation indicates that Blake had been asked to leave several times by employees and had exposed himself near the counter while a family with children was ordering food,” Raynham Police said in a statement.

“The restaurant was busy at the time, including a child’s birthday party,” police added.
