Luxembourg July 2025: BMW repeats at #1, Dacia (+107.3%) stuns
BMW is the most popular carmaker in Luxembourg in July.
4,515 new cars found a buyer in Luxembourg in July, a 5.6% year-on-year improvement. The year-to-date tally is up just 1.4% to 29,777. This month BMW (+32.5%) repeats at #1 and reaches a stunning 13.3% share, its best since December 2023 (14.4%). Volkswagen (+11.6%) beats the market but is stuck in 2nd place, however still leading the way year-to-date. Mercedes (+7.8%) and Skoda (+55.8%) follow while Audi (-14.7%) disappoints and rounds out the Top 5. Dacia (+107.3%) manages the largest gain in the Top 15 and lifts to #7 overall with 3.8% share vs. 2.7% YTD. Renault (+60.3%) and Ford (+33.3%) also impress in the remainder of the Top 10.
