Callie Crean scored the game-winning goal with 58 seconds left to give top-seeded Hingham (22-1-1) a 2-1 win over No. 8 Belmont in a Div. 1 girls hockey state quarterfinal. Caroline Doherty tallied the other goal for the Harborwomen. Mackenzie Clark scored the only goal for Belmont, who ended the season at 17-2-4.
Kamryn Perachi made 26 saves as No. 13 Medfield (14-7-2) knocked off fifth-seeded Burlington 3-2 to advance to the Div. 2 state semifinals.
Boys hockey
