Trevor Story, Alex Bregman among eight Red Sox nominees for All-MLB

Trevor Story’s first three years in Boston were a nightmare, with injuries and other struggles preventing the two-time All-Star from performing anywhere near his potential.

Finally healthy, Story enjoyed a remarkable return to form in 2025.

Story finished the season with a .263 batting average, 25 home runs, 96 RBI and 31 stolen bases while playing in 157 games. That nearly surpassed the 163 games he appeared in over his first three seasons in Boston combined, and Monday he was announced as one of eight Red Sox players to be nominated for All-MLB honors.

Bregman, Chapman and Duran will be looking to earn their second career All-MLB selections. Bregman and Chapman were both Second-Team picks in 2019 and Duran earned Second-Team honors last season.

Established in 2019, the All-MLB awards aim to honor the top performers at each position across the majors. First and Second-Team selections will be chosen by a panel of media members, broadcasters, former players and other officials, and there will also be fan vote component.

Voting is open now at mlb.com/allmlb and will continue through Friday, Oct. 10 at 12 p.m.
