Red Sox lineups: Kristian Campbell starting in left field
Kristian Campbell is set to get his second career start at left field on Saturday, and his first while playing at Fenway Park.
Campbell will start in left while Jarren Duran bumps to center field, Wilyer Abreu remains in right and Ceddanne Rafaela comes off the bench in the second game of this week’s series against the St. Louis Cardinals.
David Hamilton will start at second base, Connor Wong will be the catcher and Richard Fitts is set to make his second start of the season on the mound.
Boston is going for its fourth straight win and second straight series victory, and a win would also move the Red Sox over .500 for the first time since Opening Day.
