New car sales in Croatia recede -5.5% year-on-year in February to 4,239 units, leading to a year-to-date volume off -2.8% to 8,700. Skoda (+5%) easily reclaims the brands top spot from Volkswagen (-2.2%) with 15.4% share vs. 10.4%. Just below is Suzuki (+2.8%) at 10.3% of the market. Opel (+397.1%) is traditionally very volatile here and this month is no exception even though it drops five spots on January to #10. Audi (+16.7%) and Dacia (+7.1%) also defy the negative market with solid upticks. Below, Cupra (+246.2%), Geely (+336.4%) and Forthing (+47.4%) make themselves noticed. Omoda lands at #40.

The Suzuki Vitara (+14%) takes the lead of the models charts for the third time in the past 4 months with 6.3% share and snaps the YTD top spot in the process. Leader over the Full Year 2024, the Skoda Octavia (-14.7%) is back up two spots on January to #2, a ranking it now also holds YTD. The Dacia Duster (+25.9%) gains four ranks on last month to #3, with the Skoda Kodiaq (+75.3%) and VW T-Cross (+20%) also in great shape and rounding out the Top 5. The Kia Stonic (+54.9%) advances nine spots to #5 while the Opel Corsa (+840%) posts an extravagant year-on-year lift but falls to #9.
