Israel February 2025: Jaecoo up to record #6, market down

Jaecoo ranks #6 in Israel with just one model: the 7.

Data by our local partner cartube.co.il shows an Israeli new car market down -5.9% year-on-year in February to 24,611. Thanks to a very strong January result however, the year-to-date tally is up by a sturdy 12.2% to 71,224. Hyundai (+12.7%) confirms its return into shape with a splendid 15.9% share vs. 13% so far this year. Leader over the Full Year 2024, Toyota (+41.6%) ranks #2 this month with 14.5% of the market vs. 10.9% year-to-date. Skoda (+18.8%) is also very strong and advances to #3, knocking a weak Kia (-28.1%) down to #4. Chery (+53.9%) soars to #5 but the performer of the month is once again sister brand Jaecoo, up to a record 6th place with just one model. Xpeng (+199.1%) and Seat (+46.2%) also impress in the remainder of the Top 10.
