Gladyce Arnold Day
Happy Gladyce Arnold Day. In honor of turning 100 years old Thursday, Arnold was presented with a plaque by International Falls City Councilor Brian Briggs declaring Nov. 5, 2015 Gladyce Arnold Day. In addition to the proclamation, Arnold received letters from Sen. Amy Klobuchar and Rep. Rick Nolan.
The centenarian was surrounded by her family and friends at her home, the Good Samaritan Society – International Falls, to celebrate her special day.
The secret to living 100 years?
“You just be me, I guess,” Arnold said with a smile.
