Broncos compete in dual meet

The Falls High girls’ swim team traveled to Virginia for a meet with the Blue Devils on Thursday. The Devils defeated the Broncos by a final score of 57-45.

“The meet went well, the girls were hoping to do a little better than they did,” Broncos coach Kylee LaVigne said. “I told them that ‘we can’t expect to win all, I just expect us to do the best we can’.”

The Broncos had several first place finishes in the meet including firsts in the 200 medley relay, 200 individual medley, 500 free style, 100 back stroke and 100 breast stroke.

The Broncos will be back in the pool on Thursday, when they travel to Warroad to take on the Warriors.
