50 Cent Denies Rape Allegations By Ex-Girlfriend Daphne Joy

Grammy and Emmy award-winning American rapper Curtis James Jackson, whom fans recognize by the name 50 Cent, has denied the rape and assault allegations made by his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy, who is also the mother of his son Sire Jackson.

These claims come after 50 Cent seeks the complete custody of their son. This is because Joy has been named in the lawsuit filed by Rodney Jones against Sean Diddy Combs. In that $30 million lawsuit, Joy is accused of being involved as a sex worker in the sex trafficking ring run by Diddy.

She posted on her Instagram account on Thursday that 48-year-old Cent had raped and physically abused her in the past. Daphne Joy and 50 Cent dated in 2011 and became parents to Sire in 2012. However, the couple split soon after his birth.

Responding to these accusations, a representative of the rapper shared his statement with THR. He said,

The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son.

Talking about his major focus, Cent stated,

My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.
