Photos: The Winter Carnival Grande Day Parade takes over St. Paul with new and familiar faces
The King Boreas Grande Day Parade kicked off Saturday with the newly crowned royalty of the 2024 St. Paul Winter Carnival.
The parade, which traditionally takes place on the carnival’s first Saturday, was warm enough for bubbles this year with temperatures in the mid-30s in downtown St. Paul.
Queen Adonika and King Big Mac, canine royalty of the 2024 Winter Carnival and Doggie Depot, were in attendance as well as the Hi-Lex Gnomes, St. Paul Winter Carnival Pooper Scoopers and other familiar faces.
