First printing of Pioneer Press photographic history book sells out

The first printing of our hardcover photographic history book, “Twin Cities Snapshots,” sold out over the holidays.

But don’t worry. A second printing will ship in a couple of months, and you can pre-order your copy now through the Pioneer Press online store.

A perfect addition to the coffee table of every local history lover, “Twin Cities Snapshots” is more family photo album than history textbook. Its 175 pages are packed with 120-plus years’ worth of photos from across the metro.

Since the Pioneer Press published its first photo in 1894, our photojournalists have been crisscrossing the Twin Cities to create a unique visual record of our community. We’re proud to offer you this sampling of their work.

As we mark our 175th anniversary this year, celebrate with us by ordering a copy of this fun — and informative — keepsake!
