Wednesday’s high school roundup/scores: Pembroke’s Jennifer Birolini nets 100th career goal in victory

Jennifer Birolini had a hat trick and an assist, including her 150th career point and 100th career tally, as Pembroke rolled to a 7-1 girls hockey win over West/East Bridgewater.

Riley Perkins, Katie Barrett and Hadley Gibbons found the net, and Ines Khamis made 18 saves for St. Mark’s in a 3-1 Independent School League win over Lawrence Academy.

Vanessa Hall and Bella Freitas got the goals, and goaltender Gianna Tringale secured the shutout for St. Mary’s (Lynn) (7-0-1) in a 2-0 nonleague win over Boston Latin. … Tess Parke and Ava Iantosca scored as Dedham (6-2) edged Franklin, 2-1. … Jennifer Birolini had a hat trick and an assist, including her 150th career point and 100th career tally, as Pembroke rolled to a 7-1 win over West/East Bridgewater. … Mackenzie Illacqua, Ciara Folan and Caroline McGrail hit the back of the net for Quincy/North Quincy (1-6) in a 3-2 win over Stoughton.

Dani Chillemi and Isabella Shirtcliff scored their first goal each as Stoneham/Wilmington (5-3) doubled up Wakefield 6-3 in a Middlesex League contest.

Sabrina Stone buried the winning goal in overtime (her second of the game) for Milton (7-3), clinching a 3-2 Bay State Conference win over Braintree. Molly Murphy scored the other goal for the Wildcats.

Georgia Murray and Grace Nelson had a goal and an assist apiece as Bishop Feehan (5-4) came back from a very early 0-2 deficit and defeated Bishop Stang 5-2 in the Catholic Central League.

Boys basketball

Khamari Gillings (16 points, nine rebounds), Christian Dalton (15 points, six rebounds), Raymond Miller (14 points, three rebounds) and Jaylen Thomas (13 points, two rebounds) propelled New Heights during a 67-62 nonleague win over Roxbury Prep.

Jack Bunnell (16 points), John Faletra (15 points) and Weston Bunnell (12 points) reached double figures in scoring for Stoneham in a 74-46 win over Northeast. … Will Levrault scored a career-high 30 points (five three-pointers) and dished out five assists, and Nathan Levesque recorded a double-double with 21 points and 18 rebounds as Apponequet (5-3) bested Middleboro, 70-54.

Alex Echevarria (11 points) and eight other players put points on the scoreboard for St. Mark’s in a 54-33 Independent School League victory over Middlesex.

In the Boston City League, sophomore RJ Jimenez put in 20 points as Latin Academy (6-1) defeated O’Bryant 60-45.

Max Finney caught fire for 31 points, and Aven Beauchemin added 14 points of his own for Old Colony (8-0) in an 85-38 Mayflower Athletic Conference win over Cape Cod Tech.

Girls basketball

Liza Minogue scored 16 points, and Anne Hammond and Julia Ray had six points each as Covenant Christian (6-2) doubled up Newman 34-17 in the Independent Girls Conference.

In the Mayflower Athletic Conference, sophomore Ally Johnson netted 19 points and junior Kathleen Murphy collected 16 points and 11 rebounds as Blue Hills (5-2) rolled to a 47-27 victory over Tri-County.

Lucy Latour (seven points, seven rebounds) and Megan Keane (seven points) set the tone for Dighton-Rehoboth (1-10) in a 27-25 nonleague win over Nipmuc. … Jordan St. Germain poured in 20 points, leading Prospect Hill to a 65-45 victory over Weston. … Hannah Kuriscak led with 18 points, and CC Levrault finished with 14 points and 10 steals as Apponequet took down Middleboro 50-43.

Payton Richard (21 points), Natalia Hall-Rosa (20 points), Chase Anderson (12 points) and Grace O’Sullivan (10 points) put in double-digit scoring performances to power Rivers (7-2) to a 71-48 Independent School League win over Governor’s.

Boys hockey

In the MVC/DCL, CJ Bailey made 27 saves while Cam Daley and Will Manchuso both scored as Concord-Carlisle blanked North Andover 2-0.

Zach Boss and Jack Sjostrom netted two goals each, and Luke Tropeano supplied four assists as Whitman-Hanson (5-4) pulled away for a 7-0 nonleague win over Dartmouth. … Jacob Almeida finished with four goals and an assist, and Landen Freitas scored two goals and dished out an assist as Durfee/Diman/Westport (7-2-1) downed Upper Cape, 8-5. … Shane Hackett delivered the decisive blow with 13 seconds remaining for Silver Lake (4-6) in a 3-2 win over Foxboro. Patrick Murphy and Cole Hingston scored as well for the Lakers.

In the South Coast Conference, Mason Sullivan netted a hat trick as Somerset Berkley (6-1-1) cruised to a 5-1 victory over Bourne.

Jacoby Patterson scored a goal and provided an assist as Shawsheen defeated Northeast 5-1 in Commonwealth Athletic Conference action.

Mikey Holgerson (two goals, assist) and Petey Silverman (goal, two assists) tallied three points each, while Colin O’Leary scored twice and Philly Boncore dished an assist as Winthrop topped Gloucester 5-3 in the Northeastern Conference.

Boys swimming

Reese Martinez placed first in the 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay events as St. John’s Prep defeated Malden Catholic 97-68 in the Catholic Conference.
