LAUREN AUGUSTYN
BISHOP FEEHAN
This senior ran to a stellar eighth-place finish at the Meet of Champions after a top-three showing in the Div. 1C race. The Catholic Conference champion for the third time, Augustyn was also the conference MVP. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the Science and English National Honor Society. Augustyn will attend Syracuse University.

MADELINE COURTEMANCHE
CENTRAL CATHOLIC
The Merrimack Valley Conference champion, this junior took fourth in the Div. 1C race and was 11th at the Meet of Champions Div. 1 event. The MVC Runner of the Year, Courtemanche finished a strong third in the varsity race at the Ocean State Invitational. A member of the National Honor Society, Courtemanche also runs indoor and outdoor track.

KAYLIE DALGAR
PENTUCKET
Undefeated during the dual meet season, Dalgar was second at the Div. 3A Championships before racing to the win at the Div. 3 Meet of Champions. The Cape Ann League champion and Runner of the Year, she finished a strong fourth at the Twilight Invitational after a second-place finish in 2022. Dalgar finished third at the prestigious Falmouth Scholastic Mile Invitational last summer and will attend UMass.

ELLA DUNBURY
WEST BRIDGEWATER
A consistent talent from a running family, Dunbury was the Mayflower Athletic Conference champion and was runner-up in the Div. 3 race at the Meet of Champions. The league MVP, this senior was also West Bridgewater’s team captain for two seasons. Dunbury is a member of the National Honor Society and plans to major in biology in college.

CIARA EVANS
NEWTON NORTH
This talented junior finished fourth against a strong field at the Bay State Conference Championships before pushing to a seventh-place finish in the Div. 1A meet and 13th in the Div. 1 Meet of Champions. Evans also runs indoor and outdoor track and is an Early Education and Care student at Newton North.

ABIGAIL HENNESSY
WESTFORD ACADEMY
Just a sophomore, Hennessy was second at the Twilight Invitational and was victorious in the Dual County League Championship race. She came up big in November with a second-place finish in the Div. 1A race and was a strong sixth in the Div. 1 Meet of Champions race. Hennessy also finished 20th at the Foot Locker Northeast Regional Championships at Franklin Park. She is a high honors student and enjoys playing the piano.

MAGGIE KUCHMAN
HOLLISTON
Along with Carmen Luisi, she made up the best 1-2 female tandem in the state. Kuchman’s biggest day came at Devens when she took the Div. 1 race at the Meet of Champions against a deep field. Kuchman was third in the divisional championships and was second at the Twilight Invitational and the Tri-Valley League Championships. This junior is the Class of 2025 treasurer.

CARMEN LUISI
HOLLISTON
Sickness hampered the two-time Div. 2 Meet of Champions winner at the end of the season, but the enormously talented senior was virtually untouchable prior. Luisi was undefeated since her freshman year in the Tri-Valley League. She was the league MVP for a fourth year and captured her third consecutive TVL title. She was a solid 23rd at the Foot Locker Northeast Regionals Championships. Luisi will attend Syracuse University.

PAIGE MCINERNEY
ACTON-BOXBORO
This talented runner was a model of consistency all fall. She was second at the Dual County League Championships and was a league all-star. McInerney was second in the senior race at the Coaches Invitational. She went on to finish fourth at the divisional meet and seventh at the Meet of Champions.

MARRIETTA O’CONNELL
MARBLEHEAD
Another sophomore standout, O’Connell’s PR came at the Twilight Invitational when she ran 17:48 for 5K. Undefeated in the Northeast Conference, she was league champion and Runner of the Year. The Div. 2A champion, O’Connell was second at the Div. 2 Meet of Champions race. O’Connell raced to 18th at the Foot Locker Northeast Championships. A high honors student, O’Connell plays varsity basketball and runs outdoor track.

LAUREN RAFFETTO
CANTON
One of just three freshmen on the All-Scholastic team, Raffetto was a Hockomock League All-Star and undefeated in dual meet action. Second in the Div. 2B Championships, she took fourth in the Div. 2 Meet of Champions race. She finished a strong sixth at the Twilight Invitational. The Massachusetts Middle School champion in 2021 and 2022, Raffetto plays varsity hockey and is an honor roll student.

GRACIE RICHARD
WEYMOUTH
This junior didn’t have a bad race all season and placed fifth at the Div. 1 Meet of Champions event. Richard was third in the Div. 1A Championships and captured the junior/senior race at the Frank Kelley Invitational. Up against a strong field at the Twilight Invitational, Richard was a solid fourth. She will be EKG and phlebotomy certified by the time she graduates and is an honor roll student.

AOIFE SHOVLIN
CAMBRIDGE
Shovlin got off to a somewhat slow start, but came up big in the championship part of the fall. The Div. 1A champion, she raced to a second consecutive victory at the Div. 1 Meet of Champions. Shovlin wasn’t done yet as she pushed hard to finish 10th at the Foot Locker Northeast Regionals at Franklin Park, earning a trip to nationals. Shovlin went on to take 32nd. She is a member of the National Honor Society.

EMILIA SMITH
ATTLEBORO
A Hockomock League All-Star with her second-place finish, Smith was 10th at the Twilight Invitational and eighth at the Div. 1A Championships. In just her first season of cross country, this junior went on to place 12th in the Div. 1 race at the Meet of Champions. A perennial Hockomock League All-Star in indoor and outdoor track, Smith is the Class of 2025 council secretary and is an honor roll student.

KATIE SOBERIAJ
OLIVER AMES
The Tigers’ team captain, Soberiaj had a monster season. She was second at the Div. 1C and Div. 1 Meet of Champions races and took eighth at the Nike Cross Country Regionals. She dominated the field with her win at the Catholic Memorial Invitational and was also the Hockomock League champion and MVP. An honor roll student and member of the Oliver Ames Jazz Band, Soberiaj will attend Furman University.

EMMA TUXBURY
WELLESLEY
This talented sophomore is a three-time Bay State Conference All-Star and was 10th in the BSC Championships. Tuxbury was 10th at the Div. 1B Championships and raced to 10th at the Div. 1 Meet of Champions. An all-around athlete who has played soccer, basketball and lacrosse, Tuxbury has personal bests of 2:16 in the 800 and 5:06 in the mile. She is an honor roll student who enjoys traveling, surfing and hiking.

LUCIA WERNER
BROOKLINE
The Bay State Conference MVP for a second time, Werner had victories at the Frank Kelley Invitational and Twilight Invitational. She ran to a stellar fourth-place finish at the Div. 1 Meet of Champions. Werner competes on the indoor and outdoor track teams and has a 3.92 GPA. She will attend Cornell.

SUSAN WISNIEWSKI
PENTUCKET
A freshman, Wisniewski made her mark with a solid third-place finish in the Div. 3A Championships. At the Meet of Champions, she placed fourth. She won the freshmen race at the Twilight Invitational and pushed to a ninth-place finish at the Frank Kelley Invitational. A former New England Junior Olympics champion in the 800 and 1500, Wisniewski runs indoor and outdoor track.
