Sam Milligan notched 14 points, leading Dedham to a 58-43 Tri-Valley League win over Dover-Sherborn. … Thomas Behrman’s 19 points paired with Rowan Tracey’s 16 for Medfield en route to a 75-50 win over Ashland. … Shawn Clary scored 24 points as Norton edged Millis, 55-53.

In a South Coast Conference contest, Finn Bjork finished with 23 points and 12 rebounds to lead Somerset Berkley (4-0) to a 73-53 victory over Greater New Bedford. … Mike Dankert scored 20 and Nate Reynolds added 14 points to lead Bourne (6-0) to a 76-49 victory over Seekonk. … Landon Cayton scored 24 points and Cayden Gonsalves chipped in 14 points as Case edged Apponequet 56-53.

Seniors propelled Xaverian to a 69-56 Catholic Conference win over St. John’s Prep, led by Lorenzo Carrara’s 21 points and JJ Honekamp’s 16 points.

Jonathan Saint-Vil tallied a career-high 19 points and 12 rebounds as Mystic Valley (5-0) defeated Pioneer Charter (Everett), 55-49.

Jamason Vella netted 16 points and three others scored in double figures as Masconomet (2-3) defeated Northeastern Conference foe Gloucester, 69-46. … Ralph Laurent lit up the scoreboard from deep, burying seven triples on the way to 34 points as Peabody (6-1) bested Swampscott, 69-48.

Brian Good had 19 points, while Roman Glowac had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds as Scituate (5-2) defeated North Quincy 67-57 in the Patriot League.

Matt Youngquist had 24 points as Middleboro (3-0) defeated East Bridegwater 70-48 in the South Shore League.

Will Savage led the way with 19 and Richie McCulley added career high 17 as Weymouth defeated Archbishop Williams 84-77 in a nonleague contest.

Chloe Azoff and Siena Lauze each scored 15 points, helping fuel Dennis-Yarmouth to a 55-33 Cape and Islands League win over Martha’s Vineyard. … Behind 19 points from Molly Gleason, Barnstable rallied from a six-point deficit at halftime to beat Monomoy, 62-45.

In Middlesex League action, Brooke Pulpi scored 27 points with 10 rebounds and Charlotte Robichaud added 16 points for Reading (5-1) as part of a 57-38 win over Stoneham. … Brooke Schrule returned from injury with 12 points, adding to 14 points each from Maeve Collins and Emily Collins in Winchester’s 54-33 win over Melrose.

A well-rounded scoring combination of Muji Vader (18 points), Sabina Doyle (16 points) and Lili Roth (13 points) boosted Minuteman to a 46-27 win over KIPP in Commonwealth Athletic Conference play.

Logan Lomasney (19 points, 12 rebounds) and Sophia Coburn (10 points, 10 rebounds) each posted double-doubles, and Abby Bettencourt dished eight assists for Peabody (4-0) in a 57-43 win over Swampscott in a Northeastern Conference tilt.
