Boston fire truck struck person in Dorchester, causing life-threatening injuries
A fire truck struck a person in Dorchester, causing the person to be transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Boston Police were called at around 12:25 p.m. Tuesday with the report that a person was struck by a fire truck at 111 Bowdoin Street, near its intersection with Geneva Street.
BPD Officer Michael Torigian said that full notifications were made at the scene, meaning that the incident is under investigation by multiple units including the homicide squad.
