Are you excited to experience the thrill of driving around in the first fully-electric production Porsche available on the market? The Porsche Taycan offers two fully electric synchronous motors with hairpin winding that are capable of generating between 522 horsepower (Taycan 4s) to an astonishing 750HP in the Taycan Turbo S. Although the range for the Taycan models is currently around 200 miles (320km) on paper – making them fall quite a bit behind the Tesla Model S, the engineers at Porsche have developed incredibly sophisticated power-saving technology called the intelligent range manager – which ensures the Taycan models can save enough power to be able to get to your chosen destination without expending too much energy – allowing you the comfort of knowing you’ll be able to charge the vehicle from 5% to 80% in no more than 25 minutes. System updates will almost certainly be increasing the capacity of the car in time to come.
