Shrewsbury Police search for ‘armed and dangerous suspect’
The Shrewsbury Police Department is asking for people in the area of “Jordan Pond/Edgewater Ave/Plainfield Ave” to shelter in place or avoid the area as the police search for an “armed and dangerous suspect.”
“We have a large law enforcement presence in the Jordan Pond/Edgewater Ave/Plainfield Ave area searching for an armed and dangerous suspect. Please avoid the area, and if you are in the area please shelter in place,” the department wrote on Facebook this morning.
No further details were immediately available.
