Dervish is returning to perform in Winsted
If you’re a fan of Irish music, don’t miss Dervish. The band, who made a connection with the citizens of Winsted, is returning to perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 3, at the Blue Note Ballroom, 320 Third St. S., Winsted.
Dervish has been performing traditional Irish music to the world for more than 25 years. Described by the BBC as an icon of Irish music, the band has played at festivals from Rock in Rio to Glastonbury, toured with the Irish president and struck up tunes on the Great Wall of China.
