Patriots offensive lineman Cole Strange was limited in his return to practice Wednesday.

Four Patriots didn’t participate in the first practice of the week: defensive tackles Christian Barmore (illness) and Jacquelin Roy (neck), defensive end Deatrich Wise Jr. (foot) and left tackle Vederian Lowe (shoulder).
S Kyle Dugger (ankle), DT Daniel Ekuale (elbow), S Marte Mapu (neck), TE Austin Hooper (neck), LB Keion White (knee) and LB Anfernee Jennings (knee) were limited in practice. LB Christian Elliss (abdomen) and LB Sione Takitaki (knee) were full participants.
The Patriots’ offensive line has been a weak spot this season, so it wouldn’t be surprising for Strange to regain a starting role at left guard, where Michael Jordan is playing, or at center to replace Ben Brown.
