What Happened in Sakamoto Days Season 1?

Season one brings the tale of Taro Sakamoto, who is one of the world’s greatest hitmen, and takes retirement for his love. He marries his love, Aoi. After leaving the hitman job, he started a small convenience store, and they had a daughter, Hana. Everything was going well until his dark past caught up with him and made his life a living hell.

His past keeps haunting him and his family. He, with the help of his new employees, Shi Asakara, Lu Shaotang, and others, protects his family while adhering to his self-made rule of no-kill. The first season of the series covers the 73 chapters of the manga. The upcoming season will continue from the 74th chapter. The manga has a total of 264 chapters.
