Police Respond to Active Shooter Incident at Synagogue in Michigan

Police responded to an active shooter incident at the Temple Israel synagogue in West Bloomfield Township in Michigan on March 12.
“FBI personnel are on the scene with partners in Michigan and responding to the apparent vehicle ramming and active shooter situation out of Temple Israel Synagogue in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan,” FBI Director Kash Patel said on X.
Smoke was seen billowing from the roof and emergency personnel started clearing the building, which is located just outside of Detroit.
