Lisa Giguere was hospitalized in critical condition since a driver hit her on Rice Street near Pennsylvania Avenue at 6:22 p.m. on Feb. 16.

“I want justice for my mom, I want the person to be found,” said daughter Danelle Dolsen last week.

Police believe the suspect was driving a 2005-2007 blue Honda Odyssey minivan. Investigators are asking anyone with information to call them at 651-266-5656.

Giguere is the third pedestrian to die in a crash in St. Paul this month. One of the other cases was also a hit-and-run, though police tracked down a man who is charged with criminal vehicular homicide.

St. Paul Police are asking for the public’s help to find a hit-and-run driver who struck and critically injured a pedestrian at 6:22 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, on Rice Street near Pennsylvania Avenue.
