Man found fatally shot in vehicle in St. Paul’s West Seventh neighborhood
A man was found fatally shot in a vehicle in St. Paul.
Police responded about 10 p.m. to reports of shots fired in the West Seventh neighborhood, in the 100 block of Oneida Street, and located the victim. He’d been shot multiple times in the chest.
Officers began live-saving measuring, but St. Paul fire department medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Homicide investigators are looking into the circumstances of the shooting. Police did not announce an arrest as of early Tuesday.
The man’s homicide was the second in St. Paul this year. This first happened Saturday afternoon when Christ Hae, 25, was shot in the 900 block of York Avenue, in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
