Lauryn Hill, Reba McEntire, Post Malone to lead Grammys ‘In Memoriam’ tribute
The countdown to the 2026 Grammy Awards continues with producers confirming more performances for music’s biggest night.
This year’s “In Memoriam” segment will pay homage to icons like Ozzy Osbourne, Roberta Flack, D’Angelo and more with a star-studded lineup headlined by Lauryn Hill, Reba McEntire and Post Malone.
Hill, the former Fugees frontwoman, will honor both Flack and D’Angelo during her portion of the program dedicated to the music luminaries who passed within the last year.
Flack died last February at age 88 following a yearslong battle with ALS. D’Angelo died from pancreatic cancer in October at age 51. Hill attended both of the their memorials last year.
She also previously collaborated with the trailblazing artists. In 1996, the Fugees joined Flack onstage at the MTV Movie Awards to perform her classic “Killing Me Softly with His Song,” which they covered on their Grammy-winning sophomore album, “The Score.”
In 1998, D’Angelo joined Hill for a duet of “Nothing Even Matters” on the breakthrough opus, “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.”

Other Grammys performances will include Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Clipse and Pharrell Williams, as well as best new artist nominees Sombr, Olivia Dean, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren, Katseye, Addison Rae, Lola Young and The Marias.
