LONDRES (AP) — El primer ministro británico, Keir Starmer, afirmó el lunes que la amenaza de Donald Trump de imponer aranceles a los aliados por Groenlandia es “completamente errónea” y que una guerra comercial no interesa a nadie.
Starmer expresó que Reino Unido apoya el “derecho fundamental” de Groenlandia y Dinamarca a decidir el futuro de la isla ártica.
Starmer, quien ha trabajado para forjar una relación sólida con Trump, manifestó que la relación entre el Reino Unido y Estados Unidos es vital y “estamos decididos a mantener esa relación fuerte, constructiva y enfocada en resultados”.
