Man shot and killed in East Boston
Boston Police said a man was shot and killed in East Boston Tuesday night.
Officials have not released the victim’s name, and no arrests have been made.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot around 5:50 p.m. at 27 Harve St. Once on the scene, they saw a male adult who had been shot. After treating the victim, he was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
BPD said they are actively investigating the homicide.
This is the 31st homicide reported in the city this year.
