FOXBORO — Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson didn’t practice on Wednesday due to a toe injury.

Stevenson has played in all eight games this season, but the Patriots are already light at running back with Antonio Gibson out for the season with a torn ACL.

The Patriots signed veteran D’Ernest Johnson to the practice squad Wednesday. They added Jonathan Ward and Rushawn Baker to the practice squad Tuesday.
