Finland July 2025: Toyota RAV4, Skoda Enyaq and Elroq on top

The Skoda Enyaq ranks #2 in Finland in July.

It’s a third positive month of the year for Finnish new car sales after April and June with July sales up 5% to 5,286. The year-to-date volume remains in negative however at -3.4% to 41,862. Toyota (-7%) reclaims the brands top spot despite going against the market grain with negative volumes. Skoda (+72.4%) is up two spots on last month to #2 with 14% share, its best performance so far this year and since December when it held a record 15.1% of the Finnish market. Volkswagen (+39.1%) is relegated to third place despite a splendid YoY uptick. Volvo (-7.3%) struggles at #4 and Kia (+7.8%) rounds out the Top 5. Ford (+41.5%), BMW (+37.2%) and Audi (+24.7%) fare best in the remainder of the Top 10. Tesla is up 79.7% to #12.

Model-wise, the Toyota RAV4 (+211.9%) rallies back up 19 spots on June and signs its 2nd win this year after last March. Meanwhile the Skoda Enyaq (+134.9%) is up 10 ranks to #2 and 3.7% share, its best scores since last October when it topped the charts outright. First podium finish for the Skoda Elroq at 3.6% share, double its June score. The Toyota Corolla (-27.2%) and C-HR (-2.9%) retrograde, while the Yaris (+19.1%), Volvo XC60 (+23.7%) and VW ID.4 (+41.6%) all excel. Still #1 year-to-date, the Toyota Yaris Cross sinks -57.4% to #9 for the month. Notice also the VW ID.7 up 229.6% to #12, the Kia Stonic up 87.2% and the Tesla Model Y up 77.1%.
