Homicide in St. Paul’s Frogtown under investigation

St. Paul police said Friday morning they are investigating a homicide in Frogtown.

The death happened in the 300 block of Edmund Avenue. Police did not immediately release additional information, saying they plan to later on Friday.

The homicide is the third of the year in St. Paul. There were eight at this time last year.
